Barry Duke is the Co-Founder of AJAX Construction, bringing more than 30 years of expertise across project management, estimating, and executive leadership. Prior to AJAX, he advanced through leadership roles at established general contracting firms, overseeing and running multiple divisions. Since joining AJAX, Barry has overseen the design and construction of developments across the Southeastern United States, building a reputation for quality and client trust. His leadership drives AJAX's commitment to excellence, innovation, and delivering projects that exceed expectations.
Ty Kelley
DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Ty Kelley is the Director of Business Development at AJAX Construction, driving growth through strategic partnerships and key account management. With nearly a decade of experience in sales, client relations, and construction industry business development – which was preceded by a career in professional baseball – Ty proactively cultivates relationships and identifies new business opportunities. At AJAX, Ty leads business strategy and market expansion to support the company’s mission of seamless design-build delivery.
Cody Miller

Cody Miller is the Director of Operations at AJAX Construction, overseeing site execution, resource planning, and quality control across the company’s broad portfolio of projects. With more than 15 years of construction leadership experience, Cody has successfully managed complex field operations and logistics for regional builders and general contractors. At AJAX, he ensures strong alignment between field staff, subcontractors, and leadership to drive efficient, high-quality outcomes.
Adam Sauer
CO-FOUNDER
Adam Sauer is the Co-Founder of AJAX Construction, bringing more than two decades of experience in construction and project delivery. Since 2003, he has led the planning, design, and construction of over $1 billion in projects across retail, multi-family, self storage, office, and industrial sectors. Known for his constant drive to be the best, Adam’s attention to detail and hands-on leadership ensure projects are executed efficiently, on schedule, and to the highest standards. His experience and disciplined approach play a key role in AJAX’s reputation for quality and reliability.
